The Products & Services module allows you to set-up new product and services offerings in minutes. These offerings can expand relationships with existing customers, attract new customers and enhance 3rd party supplier relationships. Examples of products and services that can be handled by the READi System include home warranty service, energy audit services, programmable thermostats, line replacement service, gas grills, air conditioners, etc.

In addition to all of the functionality of the READi System Base Module, the following features are delivered in the Products and Services Module of the READi System:

• Flexible pricing of products/services, including fixed prices, variable pricing and/or a combination of fixed and variable pricing for a single product/service.
• Allows you to offer your customers flexible payment terms including weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, cash in advance, 3-easy, 4-easy, 5-easy payments and more. Alternatively, your customers can choose to have their payments for products/services tied to any one of their utility bill cycles.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of new product/service offerings before company-wide rollout by limiting the initial offering to customers in certain geographic areas, or only to customers served by certain utility distribution companies (e.g. gas, electric or water).
• Automatically track and bill all product shipping and handling charges.
