OpSolve 2010 Results Shine

Growth strategy in 2010 yields 150% year over year revenue growth, up 500% since year 1

Atlanta, GA and Pittsburgh, PA – January 26th, 2011 – OpSolve LLC closed the 2010 fiscal year with their strongest financial performance to date and enters 2011 with significant opportunity. Revenue growth over 2009 came in at an impressive 150% during a difficult business climate in today’s economy. These results prove that a niche software company with a disruptive technology and a singular focus on growth can make waves in the utility CIS/CRM world.

“When we acquired the READi System in 2006, we knew the underlying technology was strong. By focusing our energy on building the product offerings and shoring up customer agreements we built a solid foundation for growth, said Managing Partner Jeremie Carr. “That coupled with the official release of READi Express (a front end CRM customer service solution) in late 2009, opened the door for us to go after a broader market. The initial customers that have implemented READi Express have experienced significant performance increases with little or no disruption”, continued Mr. Carr, “It has been quite exciting…not only for OpSolve but for our customers as well. Sure, we are pleased with the growth in 2010, but our opportunities into 2011 are even brighter”.
