NOVEC Energy Solutions selects OpSolve READi® System for Customer Information and Customer Relationship Management
OpSolve’s READi System brings advanced CRM solution to Northern VA Electric Coop.
Atlanta, GA and Manassas, VA – January 14th, 2010 – NOVEC Energy Solutions (NES), a deregulated provider of natural gas in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania has selected OpSolve LLC as their strategic partner for a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. NES will be implementing the READi System complete with READi CIS and the READi Express CRM solution.
NOVEC Energy Solutions has entered a long term strategic partnership with OpSolve to utilize the READi CIS system and READi Express CRM to provide enhanced customer support for their 18,000 customers. The new agreement will allow NES to utilize all features and functions of the READi System and will also provide for enhanced functions through the READi Express CRM. CIS billing systems are very powerful but can also be complex for customer service representatives who are dealing with large call volumes on a daily basis. The addition of the OpSolve CRM solution will simplify the registration process for CSR’s ultimately leading to improved customer satisfaction and customer relations.
OpSolve developed READi Express over the past two years and officially released a production version in the spring of 2009. “READi Express brings enhanced capabilities to a market that is hungry to provide higher levels of customer satisfaction while driving efficiencies and cost savings to the business”.
